Restaurant pedagògic Palau Falguera

Palau Falguera Educational Restaurant is an application restaurant for the Cooking and Restauration training courses offered at the Martí Dot Institute. In the Pedagógico restaurant, the cooking students are responsible for making all the preparations daily, which ensures maximum freshness. Every day, all the elaborations are started from scratch. In addition, we work with local products when it's artichoke season, calçot, endive, etc. In the room, the service students are in charge of providing the best service to the diners and prepare some preparations for the customers as well as a welcome cocktail.

The gourmet tasting menu we offer changes every week. We offer you a welcome cocktail, aperitif, 4 courses, appetizer and dessert. Everything, including homemade bread, water and wine, coffee and small fours. This year the price is €25.30.
